摘要
We demonstrated that ECS activates the kinase activity of B-Raf and Raf-l in the rat hippocampus. The activity was maximal at one minute after ECS and temporally coincided with the increased membrane translocation of Rafs and the reported activity of MAPK, but not with the phosphorylation of Rafs.
