摘要
We isolated 29 polymorphic genomic microsatellite in golden snub-nosed monkey (Rhinopithecus roxellana) which is endemic to China. The number of alleles per locus is 5.034 +/- 1.349 (mean +/- SD), the observed and expected heterozygosity is 0.624 +/- 0.116 and 0.614 +/- 0.098, respectively. Seventeen loci were highly polymorphic (PIC > 0.5), and polymorphic information content is 0.549 +/- 0.105. Suggesting a high level of genetic diversity of R. roxellana in the four locations. Four loci deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. These markers will provide useful tools for population genetic studies of R. roxellana.
