摘要：
The development of logistics theory system will influence the railway freight transportation as a subsystem of logistics. The high value-added express freight will become more competitive in the future market, so how to develop the Chinese railway express freight transport based on modern logistics theory is a key research point. This thesis firstly elaborated the experiences and characteristics of the development of foreign railway express freight transport based on logistics management, and discussed the reality and feasibility for Chinese railway express freight transport. Based on analysis of the problem on railway express freight transportation, it presented several developing approaches.
