摘要
The crystalline TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by gamma-ray irradiation with the dose of 30 kGy and dose rate of 3.9 kGy/hr at room temperature under atmospheric pressure. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to investigate the chemical composition of TiO2. By x-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, it was revealed that the prepared particles were, the anatase or rutile phase of TiO2 according to the preparation conditions. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to characterize the shape and size of the particles.
