摘要
The influence of a permanent magnetic field on the character of motion of an electrolyte in the vicinity of a thin steel wire is investigated. The dependence of it chemical reaction rate between a steel and a solution of nitric acid on a permanent magnetic field is also explored. The time dependence of diameter of a wire immersed into a nitric acid is given at different values of an external magnetic field. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
