摘要
Micro-Machined Patch Antenna Array designs for X-hand applications have been presented in this work Conventional Patch antenna array has been designed on the high resistive (81M-cm) silicon substrate having thickness 675 inn with the corporate feed network Conventional Array designs have been modified into the Micro-Machined antenna array to enhance the performance parameters. The Gain and Bandwidth has been improved with the application of Micro-Machined Antenna Array over the conventional Patch Antenna. In this work 2X1, 4X1 and 2X2 array has been designed. The proposed antenna designs can be used for the earth exploration satellite service (FESS) downlink which includes 8.025-8.4 GHz band also called International Telecommunication union Bands.
