Risk assessment of suppliers is an important part to supply chain management and the foundation to run the partnership of supply chain. Many facts are important to guide the option of vendors in supply chain management, such as the specific analysis of the facts of supplier option; the goal to reduce the risk of supply chain, the model based on the unascertained theory of risk assessment and the procedure to example it.
