摘要
The variety of social values requires the need to render efficient the national jurisdiction organization so as to meet the needs of citizens at a certain time. The plurality of the jurisdictional patterns existing at the European level reveals a diversity of social interests, being the result of the administrative and legal historical evolution in each State. This comparative analysis reviews the general issues regarding the organization and the functioning of judicial systems in several of the EU reference states, highlighting the usefulness and necessity of knowing the features of the jurisdictional structures.
