Most users of the statement 'I don't believe in change just for the sake of change' seldom believe in change for any reason. Nonetheless, one thing is certain, individuals and organizations refusing to make necessary changes are going to be left behind in a business world racing ahead at a breakneck speed. The business environment changes as a result of competition, technology, customers, employees, and contract delivery systems. In order to understand the general concept of change, each of these factors should be considered in detail.
