摘要
In order to satisfy diverse customer requirements with reasonable costs and high quality, as well as share and exchange information of part and product among collaborators, take master structure of product family and parts library standard into account, a means of information modeling of customized product design based on parts library is proposed, system architecture and implementation method are discussed in detail. According to the orders, the customized product structure would be derived from master structure by the configurable design process and the new part would be derived from master model through variant design. Meanwhile, part model information is expressed by parts library standard in which provided capability to describe part information in multiple domain and perspective. Consequently, part resource could be shared among cooperation enterprise and the quick design of customized product could be accomplished.
