摘要：

The revised American Fertility Society classification system has been most used after surgery by all consensus on endometriosis fertility. However, it does not predict pregnancy. The EFI score has been recently developed to aim at predicting clinical pregnancy after surgery. Several study performed its external validation. It may be a useful new tool to counsel couples for personalized postoperative management. (C) 2015 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
