摘要
Psychosocial risks are risks to mental, physical and social health, originated by work conditions and by organizational and relational factors. This study aimed to identify and evaluate the psychosocial risk factors among workers of three services in the health sector who carry out their duties in a Portuguese hospital. Data were compared between services according to the different professional categories and gender. Considering the workers information, we verify that they are exposed to psychosocial factors related to Work Intensity and Time, Emotional Demands, Social Relations at Work and Insecurity at Work. Differences in psychosocial factors where found between the three services, contrary to the other variables.
