摘要:
This paper reports the synthesis of the raw material, crystal growth and spectral properties of Tm3+/Yb3+:YVO4 crystal. The raw materials of REVO4 were synthesized using liquid-phase reaction method. The Tm3+/Yb3+:YVO4 crystal with the dimension phi 25 x 35 mm(2) was obtained. Based on the Judd-Ofelt theory the parameters of oscillator strengths Omega(lambda) were obtained: Omega(2) = 9.03 x 10(-20) cm(2), Omega(4) = 1.12 x 10(-20)cm(2), Omega(6) = 1.68 x 10(-20) cm(2), (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V.
