摘要
Crystallization and dielectric properties of glass ceramics developed in the system CaO-B2O3-SiO2 were investigated. The glass ceramic sintered at 850degreesC in air exhibit a low dielectric constant (epsilon(r) = 4.975) and a low dielectric loss (tgdelta less than or equal to 0.001) at high frequency (1 GHz). The sintered sample consisted of 75-80% volume percentage of crystalline phases with the size ranging from 50 to 100 nm. The main crystalline phases in the sample are CaO.B2O3, 6CaO.4SiO(2) and CaO.SiO2.
