Scientific and perfect performance management enables full-time teachers of private colleges to find their own short board, clear objectives and self-management skills to help college organizations goals. At present, there are a lot of problems in full-time teachers' performance assessment in institutes of higher learning, which is not conducive to the development of colleges and it's teachers. In this paper, the author not only uses KPI to optimize, but also the weighted value for each indicator by AHP, and uses 360 degrees Feedback to improve and perfect full-time teachers' performance management of private undergraduate from every aspects, at the same time it provides a reference and reference for performance management of private colleges.
