摘要：

Recently Jiangsu province has accelerated the economic growth with a solid economic foundation. However, developing industrial economy is always the goal of Jiangsu's government to realize new industrialization. This paper evaluates the competence and status quo of industrial technological innovation of the province and puts forward some proposals about how to further reinforce the competence of industrial technological innovation of Jiangsu province.
