摘要:
This work is aims to develop a method of analysis for self-organized systems such as living cells culture or herds in native ecosystem. In the selection of the appropriate model was chosen a simpler approach - the Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction (chemical clock). Proposed method based on the information theory of mutifractal objects. We use the Renyi information entropy equation for calculation of information gain by which a point contributes to the total information in the image, the point information gain. Obtained values present unique information about object structure. Method allows highlight tiny features in investigated sample structure and characterizes system behavior in dynamic.
