摘要:
An energy harvester with a low resonant frequency using ultralong vertically aligned BaTiO3 nanowire arrays is developed and its power harvesting behavior is characterized when subjected to low amplitude base vibrations. The BaTiO3 nanowire energy harvester has favorable attributes such as compact size and low resonant frequency for its potential implementation in consumer electronics and biomedical applications. © 2014 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
