摘要
Based on the theory of stochastic resonance, a new method was presented to enhance signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of HPLC/MS signal for trace analysis with a new optimization method of the system parameters. The method was applied to experimental weak signals of HPLC/MS, which was embedded in the noise background and the SNR was enhanced greatly. The LOD and LOQ were improved from 10 ng/ml and 25 ng/ml to 2 ng/ml and 5 ng/ml, respectively. The results showed an excellent quantitative relationship between concentrations and chromatographic responses.
