摘要
Baby Boomers, the largest generation of nurses currently in the workforce, are retiring at greater numbers and being replaced by new graduate nurses from Generation Y. To keep Generation Y nurses engaged during educational activities and clinical orientation, their learning preferences must be considered and applied by preceptors and professional development practitioners.
