摘要
Methods of estimation of temperature dependence of unfrozen water content from adsorption isotherms are considered. The suggested system of equations is shown to be more general, than the expressions used for estimation of the thermodynamic characteristics of bound water earlier. The reasons on which the dependence of unfrozen water content on temperature in some area becomes multiple-valued are analyzed. Such temperature dependence is shown to be caused by that the difference of enthalpies the volume and bound water is accepted not dependent on temperature in the calculations.
