摘要：

Singh and Jain proved a common fixed point theorem for six maps [Singh B, Jain S. A fixed point theorem in Menger space thought weak compatibility. J Math Anal Appl 2005;301:439-48]. In this paper, a new generalization of this theorem is given. In fact, a common fixed point theorem is proved for any even number of maps. (c) 2005 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
