摘要：

The flipped classroom is widely concerned in colleges. It is important to the innovation reform ideological and political courses. Physical education colleges have also carried out the flipped classroom according to their own practice. However, the ideological and political course in physical education colleges has its own particularity, and we should pay attention to the difference between the general colleges, but also pay attention to the characteristics of students in the process of implementing the flipped classroom. The paper mainly is to discusses the reasons for the implementation of the flipped classroom, and the frequency, teaching content and methods of the flipped classroom are discussed.
