摘要：

There are many processes in Quality Management in construction companies. The most common ones are ISO 9000 series quality assurance systems and TQM (Total Quality Management). The ISO 9000 series quality assurance systems focus on the procedure of quality management, while TQM mainly focuses on achieving a never-ending improvement through people (Griffith, Stephenson, Waston, 2000). ISO 9000 series quality assurance systems and TQM are actual processes for quality assurance. However, the development route in quality management of construction companies is similarly important. This paper aims at introducing Morphogenetic process of quality management in constriction companies, in order to guide them to find an effective way to develop their own development of quality management.
