摘要
In order to improve management level, optimize resource allocation and make more efficient management for Chinese commercial banks, we give an efficiency analysis for Chinese commercial banks. Because the traditional FGNZ decomposition model of Malmquist index has some defects, we use RD decomposition model of Malmquist index to calculate the total factor productivity (TFP) of Chinese commercial banks, and give some suggestion to improve the efficiency of Chinese commercial banks
