摘要
Water is a vital component in people's daily lives and a precious resource to human race. The Philippines is one of the world's largest archipelago nations. It is surrounded by different bodies of water and has a number of scattered islands. Water scarcity, interruption, and other water-related problems are encountered by Filipinos nowadays when in fact the country is surrounded by various water resources. Water management and monitoring should be strictly implemented by water companies and government to avoid having such problems. With the help of today's advanced technology, logging, monitoring, and storing of incidents are now made possible. This includes gathering and logging in of incidents, communication between the affected departments, suggestions and recommendations from the system based on the type and location of the incidents, and data visualization from the historical data of the previous incidents that might help create a pattern for future decision-making. This research in the field of information technology provides a revolutionary way of extracting information from plant managers, network grid managers, and network managers to be monitored and analyzed as a technique in solving planned and unplanned incidents. Data visualization using historical data is also provided for reports and dashboards.
