摘要
Electrical resistivity and specific heat measurements have been performed on CePtGe2-xSix for x >= 1. The lattice constants a, b, and c decrease linearly with increasing x. A double-peaked structure is observed in the electrical resistivity. The temperature, T-m, of the peak found at lower temperatures drifts slowly to lower temperature with increasing x; thus the Kondo temperature T-K decreases with increasing x. Non-Fermi liquid behaviors are seen in the dependence of electrical resistivity on temperature and the residual resistivity at x = 2.0. The Sommerfeld parameter gamma is large compared to that for typical heavy Fermion compounds.
