摘要
The subjective measurement scheme is simple method to judge the quality of restored MPEG data after communication and decompression. The drawback of the method is that the result of evaluations depends on the choice of people and group, then may cause the instability. And the costs for the measurement should be also reduced by some computerized atomization. On the other hand, the objective measurement scheme based on such as RGB parameter can not evaluate subtle difference of details that might be easily distinguished by the human eyes. In this paper, we propose an objective method to evaluate digital movie quality according to the evaluation functions defined based on the characteristics of human vision. The method is based on the technique to separate the moving part of the data.
