Critical phenomena in dusty plasmas modelled by Yukawa one-component plasma

摘要
Thermodynamics of dusty plasmas is analyzed on the basis of a model where dust particles are regarded as Yukawa particles of finite radius embedded in ambient plasma of electrons and ions. The equation of state is given within this model and it is shown that, when the coupling between dust particles is sufficiently strong, we have a possiblity to observe critical phenomena in this system.
