摘要：

This paper describes a Quality of Services (QoS) control testbed for distributed multimedia computing on enhanced Internet, and gives the design and implentation of this testbed including hosts and IP routers. This testbed can provide both guaranteed service and controlled load service for end users. The architecture of the testbed, the mathematical definition about QoS parameters, the implementation formats of the control packets based on defined QoS parameters, and the design and implementation of the QoS control algorithms far constructing the testbed are discussed in this paper.
