摘要
The isoflavone genistein is the most estrogenically active molecule present in soy. Here we show, by luciferase bioassays, that genistein induces ERs activation in reproductive and non-reproductive organs of the transgenic estrogen-reporter ERE-tK-LUC mice. Peak activity was registered at the genistein doses of 500-5000 mu g/kg at 12 hours. Our results show that genistein is estrogenic in reproductive anti non-reproductive organs of male mice in a close and time-dependent manner.
