摘要：
In order to learn the advantages and disadvantages of innovation ability of enterprises and solve the problem of the relative strength-weakness innovation ability of enterprises, based on the fuzzy recognition theory, evaluation index system of enterprise innovation ability is established on the basis of the following five aspects: technology innovation ability, management innovation ability, system innovation ability, market innovation ability and the innovation capacity of human resources in this paper. Meanwhile, this paper constructs fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of enterprise innovation ability by determining the optimal fuzzy membership and regarding the relative characteristic value as the final evaluation grade. What's more, the accuracy and effectiveness of using the fuzzy recognition model to evaluate the innovation capability of enterprises is proved by one example in this paper.
