摘要：

Under mild conditions, the oxidative functionalization of C-H bonds adjacent to an amide nitrogen atom was achieved. tert-Butylperoxyamido acetal was obtained in high yields and could be further converted into a-substituted amides by treatment with Grignard reagents.
