A possible mode of preparation of high-temperature superconductors

摘要
The possibility of formation of local electron pairs in high-temperature superconductors (HTSs) due to the instability of the electron density in the CuO2-plane anionic subsystem was considered. On the basis of this mechanism for electron coupling, recommendations were developed for preparation of HTSs containing carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen anions. Such substances should have partially filled A(kappa-) anionic states in the vicinity of the Fermi level of a moderately wide hybridized conduction band with a sufficiently high concentration of n charge carriers.
