摘要
The effectiveness of multidisciplinary pain therapy for chronic back pain has been shown by a lot of randomised control trials. It is based on positive interaction of its single elements: the overall effect is greater than the sum of the single effects. The modules that activate patient's body (eg physiotherapy. sports therapy. occupational therapy) are combined in large dose with psychological modules (eg cognitive behaviour therapy, stress relaxation therapy, Music therapy) in a common disorder concept, Medication and passive measures are dispensed with. The goal is sustainable enhancement of self-efficacy: the patient should learn how to regulate pain in a self dependent way. Specific and measurable effects of power-, endurance-. motility- or skills-training are not to be verified.
