摘要
Poly(-benzyl-L-glutamate)-graft-poly(ethylene glycol) (PBLG-graft-PEG) copolymer was synthesized by the ester exchange reaction of PBLG with PEG. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the structure of PBLG-graft-PEG copolymer. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, and the chain length of PEG on the grafting ratio of PBLG-graft-PEG copolymer were investigated.
