Transition of states of a chaos system and its application for optical absorption sensing

摘要
To use chaos in a measurement system, we developed an optical absorption sensing system utilizing a system involving changes in the states of optical chaos. The system utilized an active interferometer as an optical chaos system. We confirmed that the system can sense absorption change in liquid samples. We also proposed improving the sensitivity of the technique utilizing the edge of chaos. (C) 1999 Published by Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
