摘要
Technological developments, especially digital and mobile technologies, lead to significant changes in all aspects of life. Disruptive innovation brings impacts to Incumbent companies in an effort to maintain its business continuity with new competitors. Then the question is how does the incumbent company maintain business competitive advantage over the long term? Hence this study aims to examine the effect of business alliance and innovation management on sustainable competitive advantage in telecommunication network industry in Indonesia in disruptive era. This study is done by quantitative method in the unit of analysis telecommunication network industry in Indonesia with sample size as much as 100 respondents. The Statistical test used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The result found that both business alliances and innovation management affect sustainable competitive advantage, where innovation management have greater influence than business alliance. We discussed implication for management of company, scholar and researchers.
