摘要:
Moss customization, which provides individually designed products and services to every customer through high process flexibility and integration, has been identified as a competitive strategy by an increasing number of companies. Customer-oriented quality assurance is a major challenge of mass customization and has received more attention over the last decade. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the state-of-the-art research in this field. The review is organized according to various quality assurance approaches and technologies across the product full lifecycle. Future research directions are also outlined.
