摘要
A new innovative approach is the realization of mobile decision assistant systems which facilitate the decentralized support and optimization of cooperative production processes, reaching improved energy efficiency, economic advantages, and environmental benefits in plant protection. These aims are combined in the project iGreen that intends to develop and realize a network of location-based services and knowledge, which shall integrate various public and private information sources. As a first application scenario a workgroup "Decision Support" was established which tries to support farmers and advisers by using location based results for Decision Support Systems. Therefore risk maps and application maps are developed and used. These maps support farmers to give best control and strategy for plant disease and help complying with the statutory buffer zones for streams and small natural structures in relation to the selected pesticides. Furthermore documentation data of conducted application are stored and used for planning future applications and for statutory documentation. This study shows how to obtain results with higher accuracy for disease and pest simulation models and to give optimized control and use of machine application by using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and mobile internet.
