摘要
Technological innovation and service innovation are two inseparable aspects of innovation. The problem of service innovation is very difficult to express and be solved, it is the lack of specific and complete theoretical system, and its existing innovative technologies and methods have poor operability. From the perspective of cognitive science, expand the theory of technological innovation methods and solve the problem of service innovation. It is feasible to achieve collaboration. Finally, based on the research of TRIZ and its Scientific Methodology, the service innovation and the theory of collaborative innovation mechanism are proposed based on TRIZ, and the technology framework for collaborative innovation is built.
