摘要
An energy storage facility can provide an opportunity to utilize the energy loss due to curtailment applying to the renewable energy sources (RES), provide support to cover the peak-load and reduce power importing from other countries. Moreover, it will participate in the frequency regulation process and provide reserve capacity in an emergency of the grid. In this paper following issues were studied: operating a RES, which based on one of the modern technologies, in the combination of a battery-based energy storage facility, optimize a dispatching problem of the daily generation profile and develop its algorithm.
