摘要：
The Division "Coast" of the State Office for Environment and Nature Rostock has been working on the research project "Coastal Zone Management of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern since 1997. With the help of Geo-Information Systems (GIS), all available data sources should be pre-processed, recorded and analysed for a comprehensive evaluation of the coastal area. All results are part of the complex "GIS Coast Mecklenburg-Vorpommern'', which is based on the ArcView(R) software.
