We present a theoretical framework using time-domain slowly-varying envelope approximation to study optical parametric oscillators (OPOs) in nanostructures with multipolar Mie resonances. We show feasibility of wavelength-scale OPOs which can be useful for numerous applications. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
