摘要：
The Thrombolysis In Myocardial Infarction (TIMI) risk score for unstable angina pectoris and non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction has been shown to be useful in risk stratification. For the first time, in unselected patients in the TIMI III Registry, we found that the risk score successfully predicted death, myocardial infarction, and/or recurrent ischemia at 6 weeks and 1 year; thus, it is an important tool for clinicians in assessing a patient's risk for adverse events and identifying patients who may benefit from more aggressive treatment.
