摘要
A new strategy was proposed for amplifying and sequencing GII.4 norovirus genomes directly. A set of primer pairs was rationally designed, which amplified 6 overlapping fragments encompassing the whole genome. The sensitivity of new primers was comparable to that of detection primers, and 10 viral genome sequences were successfully obtained. (C) 2016 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
