摘要：

In this academic survey a group of Constitutional Law Professors answer some questions about the Judiciary related to: the judicial independence from the other branches of the State, the General Council of the Judiciary, the status of judges, the institutions of citizen's participation (as the jury and popu-lar action) and the consequences on the Judiciary caused by the European integration and globalization.
