摘要：

An objective and rational evaluation on scientific research is an important guarantee for raising the rate of university scientific research transformation. In the paper, an evaluation index system is designed based on detailed explanation of evaluation index of scientific research in universities, and the weight of evaluation index is calculated by using Analytic Hierarchy Process, then the evaluation system is set up for assessment of university research achievements to promote the transformation of scientific research achievements in universities.
