摘要
In this article, the Author addresses the relationship between principles and precepts focusing on the philosophy of the Face theorized by Emmanuel Levinas. Above all, it works on those interpersonal relationships that are not limited in the asymmetric relationship of the Ego with the Other, but that raise the issue of the offense to the Third. Lastly, the Author dwells on the difference between the "State of David" and the "State of Caesar" and on the possible role of hermeneutics as an instrument of justice.
