摘要
In this paper, a half-switching frequency square-wave signal is injected into the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) to realize simultaneously both sensorless control and maximum torque per ampere (MTPA) control by demodulating and eliminating some components of the response current signal, respectively. The high-frequency current due to high-frequency square-wave voltage is used to estimate the rotor position while the extra torque ripple produced by high-frequency current is applied to realize the MTPA control in IPMSM. Since only one high-frequency signal is injected, the mutual interference no longer exists, nor do the torque ripple and motor loss increase. The experimental results verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
